St. Philip School is a Catholic elementary school including grades K – 5.  We have a proud tradition of academic excellence and continue that today with standardized test scores averaging between the 65th and 80th percentile compared to students nationally.  Our academics include:

  • A solid core curriculum
  • Newly adopted Scott Foresman Language Arts curriculum
  • Music and phy ed classes twice weekly
  • Computer lab and library with internet
  • S.M.A.R.T. program of physical movement to enhance brain development
  • Stability ball seating to enhance concentration in Kindergarten and Grade 1

As a faith-based school, we educate the entire person with emphasis on moral and social development, service, and social justice.  We strive to integrate God’s message into the children’s daily activities as we help to prepare them for the world of tomorrow.  Our religious development includes:

  • Daily prayer and religion classes
  • Weekly celebration of the Eucharist
  • Active observance of the Liturgical year
  • Monthly birthday blessing prayer
  • Participation in local and global service and social justice projects

 As a community-minded school with a current average class size of 14, St. Philip School provides many opportunities for multi-age activities and family participation.
